Hi.. I had been to your Bakery /Pastry Shop .. Really was astonished by the hospitality and service extended by the Staff Ms. Nitesh.. .it was good to see variety of products available with beautiful presentation in the shop. Beautiful hotel, the location, ambience, the decor, comfort in the room, swimming pool, the bar everyting I liked in Claridges! Staff are very helpful and courteous. A very good hotel indeed.
