As a hospitality consultant in Toronto, I can attest to the professionalism of the staff at Costa Caribe. My stay in January 2014 was pleasant, relaxing and the service was outstanding. I would like to thank Senior Bar Manager and his staff for their friendly service. Senior was most gracious each time I met him, and his staff were friendly, attentive and most professional. Guest services manager Gregory and Kiko Guest service representative were helpful at all times booking dinner reservations and fixing any room problems promptly. The food was wholesome and tasty. I must commend the chef in his efforts!! I have food allergies and had no problems during my stay. My stay at Costa Caribe Juan Dolio felt like home.

The room had problems when we first arrived but the Guest Service staff, namely Kiko quickly fixed them. The room we were staying in was in need of repair but was always kept clean by the staff.
